Overview — Terms of use
Zelnoravi provides automotive painting and refinishing services. By engaging our services you agree to these terms, including payment, delivery and workmanship provisions. Our terms do not exclude rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
- Service quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- We use professional-grade paints and follow industry safety and environmental practices.
- All services are subject to our standard job acceptance process and final inspection.


Consumer guarantees & warranty (Australia)
Under the ACL, services we supply come with non-excludable guarantees that they will be provided with due care and skill, fit for any specified purpose and delivered within a reasonable time. Where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy such as re-supply, repair, or refund.
Please retain your invoice and any job reports to assist with warranty claims.

Repairs, returns and claims process
If you believe work is faulty, contact us within a reasonable time using details in the header or Contacts. We will assess and, where appropriate, arrange repair or remediation at *** charge. We may require inspection and photographic evidence before authorising repairs.

- Provide photos and description of the issue.
- We will arrange inspection and advise next steps.
Excluded items
Claims do not cover damage from:
- Subsequent collisions, misuse or neglect.
- Improper third-party repairs or modifications.
- Normal wear, stone chips, or environmental damage without prior protective coating.
